The "Traffic Control" Transport Bridge Module, is designed to integrate lines of CTP and/or Conventional Automation operations and/or provide redundant operation or pathway to other lines or areas for continuous operational throughput. These are generally made up of lift-up crossover conveyors and belt transports. The Bridge Module can be easily linked for any required length of delivery and provides a pathway for continuous operational throughput between CTP devises, Processors, Ovens, and Gum Units.

These modules create holding stations when other stations up-line are busy. This unit is a perfect fit for customers with small or large plate sizes. Transport is forward, reverse or pause, with adjustable speed control and precision motor drives for many 24/7 years of operation.
